Job Summary

Prime Property PH is seeking a dynamic and motivated Realty Sales Agent to join our team of real estate professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing the company in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a proactive sales approach, and the ability to guide clients through the property transaction process efficiently and ethically.

As a Realty Sales Agent at Prime Property PH, you will play a key role in building client relationships, closing deals, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective clients through networking, referrals, and market research.

  • Conduct property showings, presentations, and virtual tours to potential buyers and investors.

  • Assist clients in the buying, selling, or leasing process, including market analysis, negotiations, and documentation.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, local regulations, and trends.

  • Prepare and present offers, contracts, and other legal documents accurately and professionally.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and other industry professionals.

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to team performance metrics.

  • Participate in marketing initiatives, open houses, and promotional events to increase visibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Licensed Real Estate Agent (PRC license required).

  • Proven sales experience in real estate or related fields is highly desirable.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  • Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and online property platforms.

  • Knowledge of local property laws, market trends, and real estate practices.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, property management, or a related industry.

  • Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position with flexible hours.

  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet client needs.

  • Field visits and property showings may require travel within assigned territories.

  • Strong sales acumen and client relationship management.

  • Ability to understand and explain property valuation, financing options, and legal procedures.
