Job Summary
BrightView Corporate Services is seeking a highly organized, professional, and personable Receptionist – Front Desk and Admin Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, manage administrative tasks efficiently, and deliver a positive experience to visitors, clients, and staff. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls while taking messages accurately.

Manage the reception area, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.

Assist in general administrative duties including data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation.

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence such as emails, letters, and packages.

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.

Support various departments with ad hoc administrative tasks and office projects.

Ensure compliance with corporate policies and confidentiality requirements.

Provide backup support for other administrative staff when needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.

Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk associate, or administrative assistant.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.

Experience

Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role within a corporate environment.

Experience in managing scheduling, office coordination, and customer-facing responsibilities is highly desirable.
Working Hours

Full-time position, Monday to Friday.

Standard office hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (flexibility may be required occasionally).

Overtime may be necessary during peak periods or special events.
