Job Summary
Talent Finders is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruiter (IT Staffing) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in sourcing, evaluating, and placing top IT talent for our clients across multiple industries. This role requires a strong understanding of IT skillsets, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes effectively. As a Recruiter, you will contribute to the growth and success of both our clients and candidates by connecting the right talent with the right opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT roles, ensuring alignment with client requirements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.

Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, including social media, job boards, referrals, and networking events.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, providing timely feedback.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Negotiate job offers and facilitate smooth onboarding processes for candidates.

Stay updated on industry trends, IT technologies, and competitive talent landscapes.

Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs set by the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as an IT recruiter, preferably within a staffing agency or corporate IT recruitment environment.

Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry-specific skill requirements.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.

High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Experience

Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in IT staffing or technical recruitment.

Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing candidates for IT roles, including software development, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and data analytics.

Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation.
Working Hours

Standard office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Flexibility may be required to coordinate with clients or candidates across different time zones.
