Job Summary:
HR Talent Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our BPO and IT clients, ensuring we meet the growing demands of our diverse workforce. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, talent acquisition strategies, and the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously. This role is pivotal in building strong client relationships and ensuring HR excellence in candidate management.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for BPO and IT positions, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and talent requirements.

Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events to identify qualified candidates.

Conduct initial candidate screenings, assessments, and interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and provide timely feedback to candidates.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Partner with HR and management teams to improve recruitment strategies and processes.

Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports to measure effectiveness and efficiency of hiring activities.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in BPO, IT, or technology sectors.

Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and recruitment tools.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and deadlines effectively.

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience:

Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, with exposure to BPO or IT hiring preferred.

Experience handling high-volume recruitment and talent acquisition campaigns.
Working Hours:

Full-time position

Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Flexibility for occasional overtime or urgent recruitment needs.
