Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client financial requirements and recommend suitable financial products and services.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Support business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and referrals.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive service and follow-ups.
  • Assist in documentation, onboarding, and compliance-related activities as per company policies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate client records and prepare periodic reports as required by management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Customer-centric approach with the ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Basic understanding of financial products, investment concepts, and banking services.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.

Experience

  • 0–3 years of experience in relationship management, customer service, banking, financial services, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a keen interest in financial services are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience in client-facing roles will be an added advantage.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position
  • Standard business hours, Monday to Friday
  • Occasional extended hours may be required to meet client or business needs
