Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and coordinating online communications.

  • Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.

  • Handle email management, respond to inquiries, and prioritize messages for internal teams.

  • Perform data entry, record keeping, and digital file organization.

  • Assist with onboarding processes, internal communications, and documentation updates.

  • Support operational and project-related activities as assigned by supervisors or department heads.

  • Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies with utmost professionalism.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

  • Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

  • High attention to detail with reliable follow-through.

  • Basic knowledge of office administration and productivity tools.

  • Must have a laptop/desktop and a stable internet connection for remote work.

Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in administrative support, virtual assistance, or office coordination.

  • Freshers with strong communication skills and eagerness to learn are welcome to apply.

Working Hours

  • Flexible remote schedule.

  • Standard availability required between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday).

  • Occasional weekend support may be needed depending on business requirements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to take initiative.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools, project management systems, or communication platforms (Slack, Trello, Zoom) is a plus.
