Job Summary
OneTech Associates is seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Administrative Assistant to support our public sector initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Maintain organized electronic filing systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

Assist in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines for public sector contracts.

Handle inquiries from clients and internal teams promptly and professionally.

Support onboarding processes, team coordination, and general office tasks in a remote environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, SharePoint).

Experience

Working Hours
