Job Summary
GALTech School of Technology is seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Remote Admissions & AI Program Consultant to drive student enrollment and promote our cutting-edge AI and technology programs. This role combines consultative sales, student counseling, and program advisory responsibilities. The ideal candidate will engage prospective learners, understand their career goals, and guide them toward the most suitable AI and technology learning pathways while delivering an excellent remote candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities

Engage and counsel prospective students through calls, video meetings, email, and chat.

Explain program offerings, curriculum structure, career outcomes, and admission requirements.

Convert qualified leads into enrollments through consultative advising.

Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and pipeline status in CRM systems.

Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture interest and close admissions.

Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to align messaging and campaign outcomes.

Stay updated on AI industry trends and program updates to provide informed guidance.

Meet or exceed monthly enrollment and revenue targets.

Provide feedback on market demand and student concerns to improve offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Strong consultative sales and student counseling abilities.

Comfortable working remotely with digital communication tools.

Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or technology education.

High level of professionalism, empathy, and persuasion skills.

Experience

1–4 years of experience in admissions counseling, education sales, edtech, or consultative sales roles preferred.

Experience in AI, IT training, or technology education environments is an advantage.

Freshers with exceptional communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
Working Hours
