Job Summary
Flipkart is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Associate for ML Data Operations to support Amazon’s virtual machine-learning data projects. In this role, you will work closely with data annotation teams, quality specialists, and project managers to ensure high-quality datasets used for training AI/ML models. The position requires strong analytical thinking, accuracy, time management, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities

Perform data labeling, categorization, tagging, and annotation for machine-learning datasets.

Review, validate, and refine ML training data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Identify data quality issues and escalate them to project leads when necessary.

Follow detailed project guidelines and adhere to strict quality benchmarks.

Analyze patterns, discrepancies, and anomalies in datasets to maintain expected standards.

Collaborate with remote team members and participate in virtual meetings or training sessions.

Maintain confidentiality and security of all data handled during operations.

Contribute feedback for process improvement and workflow efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Computer Science or related field preferred).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies quickly.

Good understanding of digital platforms, web interfaces, and data tools.

Experience
