Job Summary

SoundProof Digital is seeking a detail-oriented and highly focused Remote Audio Quality Reviewer to join our growing digital operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating, analyzing, and identifying issues within audio files to ensure the highest level of clarity, accuracy, and quality. You will listen carefully to audio content, detect inconsistencies, and provide structured feedback that supports audio production teams, transcription teams, and content creators. Key Responsibilities

• Review and assess audio recordings for clarity, consistency, volume levels, background noise, distortions, and other quality-related issues.

• Identify and document audio anomalies, including mispronunciations, technical glitches, or missing content.

• Ensure audio meets internal quality standards and client-specific performance guidelines.

• Collaborate with transcriptionists, editors, and production teams to address quality issues and recommend corrections.

• Provide detailed reports summarizing audio quality findings and improvement suggestions.

• Verify the accuracy of audio timestamps, speaker identification, and content alignment.

• Maintain organized records of all reviewed files and quality evaluation results.

• Meet productivity targets and deliver high-quality work under strict deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent listening skills with a keen ear for audio clarity, noise issues, and technical inconsistencies.

• Strong command of English, with the ability to clearly articulate feedback.

• Good understanding of audio formats, quality indicators, and playback tools.

• Ability to stay highly focused for extended periods while reviewing audio content.

• Basic technical proficiency with audio software or quality review tools.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple files at a time.

• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.

• Reliable computer, stable internet connection, and a quiet workspace for uninterrupted listening.

Experience

• Prior experience in audio review, transcription, audio editing, proofreading, or QA roles is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience using audio editing or playback programs (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition) is a plus.

• Freshers with strong listening and analytical skills are encouraged to apply.
