Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, verify, and manage large volumes of business data in Excel and other software tools.

  • Perform data cleaning, formatting, and analysis to maintain data quality and consistency.

  • Create and update reports, summaries, and dashboards using Excel functions and formulas.

  • Support business operations by preparing data-driven reports for management and stakeholders.

  • Ensure secure handling of confidential data following company standards and privacy guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, etc.).

  • Proficiency in data entry, data processing, and record management.

  • Strong attention to detail with high accuracy and efficiency in repetitive tasks.

  • Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, MS Office Suite, or similar tools.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Experience

  • Minimum: 1–2 years of experience in data entry, back-office operations, or administrative support.

  • Preferred: Experience handling bulk data sets or administrative work in corporate or BPO environments.

  • Freshers with strong Excel skills are encouraged to apply.
