Job Summary

Flipkart is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Remote Back Office Executive (Data Entry) to join our expanding operations team. In this role, you will support the accuracy, quality, and organization of essential backend data and records. You will be responsible for managing digital databases, updating customer and product information, verifying entries, and ensuring error-free documentation. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and the ability to work independently within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain customer, order, and product information in the system.

  • Review and verify data for deficiencies, errors, or inconsistencies and correct any issues promptly.

  • Process documents, forms, and digital files efficiently as per company guidelines.

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company data.

  • Generate periodic reports and share updates with team leaders when required.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to clarify incomplete or unclear information.

  • Ensure timely completion of assigned data entry tasks.

  • Support other back-office functions including documentation, record keeping, and data audits.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong typing speed with high accuracy (minimum 30–40 WPM preferred).

  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify data errors.

  • Basic understanding of computers, MS Office (Excel, Word), and online tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines.

  • Good analytical and organizational skills.

Experience

  • 0–2 years of data entry, back-office, or administrative experience.

  • Freshers with strong computer literacy and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

Working Hours

  • Remote / Work From Home.

  • Full-time role (8–9 hours per day).

  • Flexible working schedule depending on project requirements.

  • Rotational or fixed shifts may apply based on business needs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Proficiency in data management and record organization.

  • Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy under minimal supervision.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools or ERP software is a plus.
