Job Summary

MNC JOBS INFO is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Remote Back Office Executive to support daily administrative and operational tasks from a work-from-home setup. This role ensures the smooth functioning of backend operations including data entry, documentation, record management, and coordination across teams. The ideal candidate is efficient with digital tools and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage data entry tasks accurately and efficiently in internal systems.

  • Assist in maintaining databases, records, and documentation as per company standards.

  • Support internal departments with reports, spreadsheets, and data analysis.

  • Process and verify information to ensure accuracy and consistency.

  • Respond to internal queries via email or chat regarding data or administrative issues.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

  • Coordinate with the front office or management teams when required.

  • Handle routine administrative tasks to support daily business operations.

  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks within flexible working hours.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Strong typing and data entry skills with high accuracy.

  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with online tools and software.

Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in back-office roles, data entry, admin support, or similar fields.

  • Freshers with strong computer and communication skills are welcome to apply.

Working Hours

  • Flexible shifts available (Day / Night / Rotational).

  • Full-time remote work from home.
