Job Summary

Flipkart is seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Remote BPO Telecallers. This is an incentive-based role where your communication skills and customer engagement capabilities will directly contribute to your earnings and growth. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for connecting with potential and existing customers, providing them with information, and promoting Flipkart’s products and services. This is an excellent opportunity to work remotely while earning performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Promote Flipkart’s products, services, and ongoing campaigns effectively.

  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to ensure high satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate records of all calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups.

  • Achieve or exceed assigned call targets and performance metrics.

  • Collaborate with the team to meet overall business objectives and sales goals.

  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.

  • Continuously update knowledge about products, promotions, and policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office, CRM tools, or similar platforms.

  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setup.

  • Customer-focused mindset with a professional phone etiquette.

  • High level of motivation and willingness to work on incentive-based targets.

Experience

  • Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in telecalling, BPO, sales, or customer service is an added advantage.

  • Proven track record in meeting targets or KPIs is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Flexible work-from-home schedule.

  • Shifts may vary based on campaign requirements.
