Job Summary

Flipkart is seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Remote BPO Telecallers. This is an incentive-based role where your communication skills and customer engagement capabilities will directly contribute to your earnings and growth. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for connecting with potential and existing customers, providing them with information, and promoting Flipkart’s products and services. Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers in a professional and courteous manner.

• Promote Flipkart’s products, services, and ongoing campaigns effectively.

• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to ensure high satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate records of all calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups.

• Achieve or exceed assigned call targets and performance metrics.

• Continuously update knowledge about products, promotions, and policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office, CRM tools, or similar platforms.

• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setup.

• Customer-focused mindset with a professional phone etiquette.

• High level of motivation and willingness to work on incentive-based targets.

Experience

• Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in telecalling, BPO, sales, or customer service is an added advantage.

• Proven track record in meeting targets or KPIs is a plus.

Working Hours
