Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Typing speed of 35–45 WPM with accuracy.

  • Basic computer literacy and comfort navigating web-based tools.

  • Ability to remain calm and professional when handling challenging customer situations.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Experience

  • No degree required.

  • Prior experience in customer service, chat support, retail, or call centers is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Working Hours
