Job Summary

TrustLine Support is seeking a highly motivated and service-driven Remote Client Relations Agent to join our growing customer care team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, helping them resolve inquiries, guiding them through services, and ensuring they receive a seamless, positive experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main contact for clients via phone, email, and chat, offering timely and accurate assistance.

  • Manage and resolve client inquiries, complaints, and service requests with professionalism and tact.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products, policies, and processes to provide informed guidance.

  • Document customer interactions, service notes, and follow-ups in internal systems.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client concerns.

  • Build strong client relationships by providing consistent support and proactive follow-up.

  • Meet performance metrics including response time, client satisfaction, and service accuracy.

  • Provide feedback on client issues and process improvements to enhance service quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent customer service attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Comfortable using CRM tools, helpdesk software, and digital communication platforms.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.

  • High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, client relations, call center operations, or a related role preferred.

  • Experience in remote or virtual work environments is an advantage.

  • Background in service-oriented industries (support centers, consulting, retail, tech support, etc.) is beneficial.

Working Hours

  • Flexible remote schedule depending on business needs.

  • Full-time position with typical shifts between 8 AM – 6 PM (your local time zone).

  • Occasional weekend or extended hours may be required during peak service periods.
