MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a highly motivated Remote Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join our Pharma Hub team. This role is pivotal in supporting the execution of clinical trials while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines. The CRA will manage clinical sites remotely, monitor patient safety, maintain accurate trial documentation, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive high-quality research outcomes. Key Responsibilities

Conduct remote monitoring of clinical trial sites to ensure adherence to study protocols, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.

Review and verify clinical trial data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency with source documents.

Ensure patient safety by monitoring adverse events and ensuring timely reporting.

Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date trial documentation, including site communications, monitoring reports, and regulatory submissions.

Collaborate with clinical teams, study coordinators, and project managers to support trial planning, site management, and study closeout activities.

Identify and resolve issues or deviations, providing guidance to sites to maintain compliance.

Support audit and inspection readiness by ensuring all trial activities meet regulatory standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field. Advanced degrees preferred.

Strong understanding of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Excellent data management and documentation skills.

Effective communication skills to liaise with remote site staff and cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in clinical trial management systems (CTMS) and electronic data capture (EDC) platforms.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and sites in a remote work environment.

Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Experience
-
Minimum of 2–5 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO settings.

Proven experience in remote monitoring or virtual trial management is highly desirable.

Familiarity with multi-site clinical trials and diverse therapeutic areas is a plus.
Working Hours

Full-time, remote position with flexible scheduling to accommodate international site operations.
