Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Encode, format, and upload digital content according to project specifications and platform guidelines.

• Review, verify, and validate metadata for accuracy and completeness.

• Ensure consistent data structure and content presentation across multiple platforms.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of content deliverables.

• Maintain content databases and documentation for easy reference and quality control.

• Identify and correct inconsistencies, formatting errors, and missing information.

• Support the digital operations team with routine content management and encoding tasks.

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to digital compliance standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling digital content.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and digital content management systems (CMS).

• Basic understanding of metadata, file formats, and digital publishing tools.

Experience
