CallFlow Independent is seeking a reliable, service-oriented Remote Contract Phone Operator to support our growing network of clients across various industries. In this contractor role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide accurate information to customers, document interactions, and ensure a seamless communication experience on behalf of our partners. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, following client-specific scripts and service guidelines.

  • Place outbound calls when required, ensuring clear communication and accurate message delivery.

  • Record customer interactions, issues, and resolutions with high attention to detail.

  • Route calls to appropriate departments or contacts as instructed.

  • Provide basic troubleshooting or issue clarification as directed by client SOPs.

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle customer data securely and responsibly.

  • Meet performance expectations, including call quality, accuracy, and responsiveness.

  • Communicate proactively with supervisors or client teams regarding updates, issues, or technical concerns.

  • Uphold a high level of professionalism in all customer communications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, professional phone presence.

  • Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written.

  • Ability to navigate call-handling systems, CRM tools, or web-based platforms.

  • Reliable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a headset suitable for professional calls.

  • Strong time-management skills with the ability to work independently.

  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.

  • Ability to follow scripts, procedures, and performance expectations accurately.

Experience

  • Previous experience in call center support, customer service, phone operations, or virtual assistance is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Experience in remote or contract-based environments is an advantage.

Working Hours
