Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers to obtain missing information or provide claim updates.

  • Analyze claim data and apply company guidelines to make informed decisions.

  • Enter claim details into internal systems and maintain accurate records.

  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to resolve complex or escalated cases.
