Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and live chat while providing exceptional service.

  • Resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing, or technical issues with accuracy and professionalism.

  • Identify customer needs, offer appropriate solutions, and escalate issues when necessary.

  • Document interactions and feedback to improve customer experience and internal processes.

  • Maintain updated knowledge of products, services, policies, and industry trends.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.

  • Meet individual and team targets for customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution efficiency.

  • Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives and training sessions.

  • Uphold company standards and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong problem-solving ability and customer-centric mindset.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a remote environment.

  • Comfortable using customer support tools, CRM systems, and video conferencing platforms.

  • Professional demeanor, patience, and empathy when handling challenging situations.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills are a plus.

Experience

  • Prior experience in customer service, client support, or customer engagement roles is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment is advantageous.

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management tools and ticketing systems is a plus.

Working Hours
