Job Summary

Concentrix is seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service Representatives on a seasonal contract basis in the healthcare sector. This role involves providing exceptional support to patients, clients, and healthcare partners while maintaining strict adherence to privacy regulations and service standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from patients and healthcare partners.

  • Address inquiries related to medical appointments, billing, insurance claims, and other healthcare services.

  • Accurately document interactions, maintain records, and update databases while ensuring confidentiality.

  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.

  • Provide clear guidance and information to customers regarding healthcare processes and resources.

  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and internal company policies.

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, and CRM systems).

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

  • Customer-focused with empathy and patience.

  • Knowledge of healthcare terminology is an advantage but not mandatory.

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service or call center operations is preferred.

  • Experience in healthcare or insurance-related services is a plus.

  • Prior remote work experience is advantageous but not required.

Working Hours

  • This is a seasonal, full-time remote position.

  • Flexible shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on operational requirements.

  • Shift schedules will be communicated in advance and may vary based on healthcare demand.
