Job Summary

ServiceWave Technologies is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Remote Customer Success Coordinator to support our clients and ensure they receive exceptional service throughout their journey with us. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, helping them navigate our solutions, resolve issues, and maximize the value they receive from our products. This position is ideal for an individual who excels in communication, problem-solving, and building long-lasting customer relationships in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main liaison for customer inquiries, support requests, and service-related needs.

  • Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and usage patterns.

  • Provide timely and accurate responses via email, chat, and video communication channels.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Technical Support, Sales) to ensure prompt issue resolution.

  • Conduct onboarding sessions and product walkthroughs for new customers.

  • Monitor customer engagement and proactively address potential concerns.

  • Track customer feedback and relay insights to relevant departments for continual improvement.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and success milestones.

  • Support business retention through positive customer experience and advocacy initiatives.

  • Prepare reports on customer satisfaction, trends, and service outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.

  • Professional, customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.

  • Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues with guidance.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and customer management tools (e.g., Zendesk, HubSpot, Salesforce).

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Account Management, or a related role.

  • Experience in a SaaS or technology-driven company is an advantage.

  • Previous remote work experience is highly preferred.

Working Hours

  • Full-time, remote position.

  • Flexible scheduling with availability required during standard business hours.

  • Occasional extended hours may be needed to support customer needs across time zones.
