In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers through chat-based communication, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through chat-based platforms in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Assist customers with order placement, returns, delivery status, product details, payments, and general troubleshooting.

  • Identify customer needs and deliver appropriate solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments while ensuring complete documentation of interactions.

  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, grammar, and clarity in all written correspondence.

  • Follow all company guidelines, processes, and performance metrics related to quality and productivity.

  • Contribute to team goals and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written communication skills with strong command of English.

  • Ability to type quickly and accurately while simultaneously handling multiple chat conversations.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

  • Basic knowledge of online shopping processes and e-commerce operations.

  • Comfortable using computers, chat tools, CRMs, and online applications.

Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in customer support (chat, email, or non-voice roles preferred).

  • Freshers with strong communication and typing skills are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

  • Full-time remote position with rotational shifts.

  • Weekend and holiday rotations may apply depending on business requirements.

  • Flexibility to work evening or night shifts is an advantage.
