Job Summary:

HorizonServe Support is seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel at problem-solving, enjoy helping customers, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service through multiple channels, including email, chat, and phone. Your goal will be to resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional brand image for HorizonServe Support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, providing accurate information and solutions.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and issues in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical or service-related problems.

  • Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities for process improvement.

  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and industry best practices.

  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a dynamic work environment.

  • Comfortable using computers and navigating various software applications.

  • Previous customer support or call center experience is a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field is preferred.

  • Experience in a remote work environment is a strong advantage.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position with flexible scheduling options.

  • Primarily aligned with U.S. time zones (EST, CST, PST).

  • Some evening or weekend shifts may be required depending on client demand.
