Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media channels.

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Document and track customer interactions in CRM systems accurately and thoroughly.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex cases and ensure timely resolution.

  • Educate customers on product features, benefits, and troubleshooting procedures.

  • Actively contribute to process improvements and customer feedback initiatives.

  • Maintain confidentiality and data security in handling sensitive customer information.

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.

  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, or equivalent).

  • Basic understanding of technical products and troubleshooting methods.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

  • Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup.

Experience

  • 1 to 3 years of customer support or service experience, preferably in a remote environment.

  • Experience working in SaaS, e-commerce, or tech-based customer service is a plus.

  • Experience with multi-channel support tools and reporting systems is desirable.

Working Hours

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week with flexible shift schedules.

  • Must be available to work during peak customer support hours, including occasional weekends or evenings, depending on the business needs.
