Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat and provide professional, courteous, and efficient support.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to software, hardware, or services and guide customers through step-by-step solutions.

  • Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the support system.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams while maintaining accountability for follow-up.

  • Identify patterns in customer issues and collaborate with teams to suggest product or process improvements.

  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.

  • Ensure resolution times meet or exceed established service-level agreements (SLAs).

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and professional tone.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

  • Basic technical knowledge of computers, software applications, and troubleshooting procedures.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying organized and self-motivated.

  • Customer-centric mindset with patience and empathy for handling challenging situations.

  • Proficiency in using support tools, CRM systems, and remote desktop software is a plus.

Experience

  • Prior experience in customer support, technical support, or a related role is preferred but not mandatory.
