Job Summary

TechPro Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Remote Data Analyst (Tableau/SQL) to join our Business Intelligence team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that support data-driven initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple internal and external sources.

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports using Tableau.

• Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data.

• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and reporting frameworks.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular insights to stakeholders.

• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support strategic decision-making.

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reports and dashboards.

• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to improve data pipelines and models.

• Prepare ad-hoc analysis and presentations for leadership and business teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.

• Hands-on experience with Tableau or similar BI tools (Power BI, Looker, etc.).

• Solid understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.

• Experience working with large datasets and relational databases.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.

• High attention to detail and a strong sense of data accuracy and quality.

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role.

• Experience supporting business teams with dashboards, metrics, and insights.

• Prior experience in remote or distributed teams is a plus.

• Exposure to cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, BigQuery) is an advantage.
