Job Summary

Lionbridge, a global leader in language and data services, is seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Data Encoders (Entry Level). In this position, you will be responsible for accurately entering, verifying, and updating data in various systems while ensuring quality and consistency across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input, review, and validate data into company databases and systems.

• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times.

• Identify and correct data entry errors and inconsistencies.

• Work closely with team leads and project managers to meet deadlines and project goals.

• Perform regular data quality checks and report discrepancies.

• Follow established data entry procedures and company guidelines.

• Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

• Strong typing skills with high accuracy (minimum 40 words per minute).

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and data entry software.

• Good command of written and spoken English.

• Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently and maintain focus.

• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to quality work.

Experience

• No prior professional experience required.

• Previous exposure to data entry, clerical, or administrative tasks will be an added advantage.

• Comprehensive training will be provided to all selected candidates.

Working Hours
