Job Summary
OneTech Associates is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Digital Growth Lead to join our Startup Accelerator team. This role is designed for a strategic digital leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and is passionate about helping early-stage startups scale through data-driven growth strategies.
As a Digital Growth Lead, you will be responsible for building, executing, and optimizing multi-channel digital growth initiatives across our portfolio of startups. You will work closely with founders, product managers, and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities, improve user acquisition, increase engagement, and drive revenue growth. This is a high-impact role that blends strategy, experimentation, analytics, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities

Design and execute comprehensive digital growth strategies for multiple startup clients within the accelerator.

Lead growth experiments across channels including SEO, paid media, social, email, content marketing, and conversion optimization.

Develop scalable user acquisition and retention frameworks tailored to early-stage and growth-stage startups.

Analyze performance metrics and KPIs, translating data insights into actionable growth initiatives.

Collaborate with product teams to improve onboarding flows, user journeys, and in-app conversion rates.

Manage and mentor junior growth marketers and external partners.

Own growth roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and report progress to internal stakeholders and startup founders.

Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and growth hacking techniques.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems and growth methodologies.

Proven experience with growth analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, HubSpot, etc.).

Expertise in SEO, performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn), and marketing automation.

Ability to run A/B tests and structured experiments using data-driven frameworks.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong problem-solving mindset with a bias for action and experimentation.

Experience working in startup or high-growth environments.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred but not required).

Demonstrated success in scaling digital products, SaaS platforms, or online businesses.

Prior experience in a startup accelerator, venture studio, or consulting environment is a strong advantage.
