Job Summary

HR Talent Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Digital PR Coordinator – Backlink Strategy to join our growing digital marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic digital PR and backlink campaigns that enhance brand visibility, improve domain authority, and drive organic traffic across multiple client accounts.

The ideal candidate is passionate about SEO, digital communications, and online reputation management, with a strong understanding of how high-quality backlinks contribute to search engine performance and brand credibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital PR and backlink acquisition strategies aligned with SEO goals.

• Identify and build relationships with journalists, bloggers, influencers, and high-authority websites.

• Pitch content ideas and press stories to relevant online publications and media outlets.

• Manage outreach campaigns to secure high-quality backlinks and brand mentions.

• Collaborate with content, SEO, and marketing teams to create link-worthy content.

• Track, analyze, and report on backlink performance and campaign effectiveness.

• Monitor competitor backlink profiles and identify new growth opportunities.

• Maintain an up-to-date database of media contacts and outreach partners.

• Ensure all backlink strategies follow ethical (white-hat) SEO practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of SEO principles, especially off-page SEO and link-building.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Experience using outreach and SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, BuzzStream, or similar.

• Ability to craft compelling pitches and personalized outreach emails.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret SEO and performance data.

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).

• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in Digital PR, SEO, Link Building, or Online Marketing.

• Proven track record of successfully acquiring high-quality backlinks.

• Experience working with international clients or agencies is a plus.

• Familiarity with content marketing and brand storytelling is highly desirable.

Working Hours

• Fully remote position.

• Flexible working hours with availability to overlap at least 3–4 hours with core business hours (GMT or EST preferred).

• Full-time role (40 hours per week).
