Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain documents and records into company databases and systems.

  • Verify data for completeness and accuracy, identifying discrepancies or errors.

  • Organize and manage digital files, ensuring easy retrieval and proper documentation.

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Assist with reporting and data extraction as required for management.

  • Continuously identify opportunities to streamline data entry processes for efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace.

  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Basic understanding of document management systems and data entry software.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Strong communication skills for reporting and collaboration purposes.

Experience

  • Prior experience in data entry, document management, or administrative roles preferred.

  • Experience in remote work environments is a plus.

  • Freshers with strong computer skills and attention to detail will also be considered.

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours with a minimum commitment of 20–30 hours per week.

  • Option to work full-time or part-time, depending on candidate availability.
