Job Summary
Pearson, a global leader in learning and education solutions, is seeking a Remote Educational Consultant to support our K–12 programs. This role involves collaborating with schools, teachers, and educational institutions to implement Pearson’s curriculum, digital learning products, and instructional services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in education, curriculum design, and technology integration, with the ability to guide educators in improving student outcomes through effective use of Pearson’s products and services.
As a Remote Educational Consultant, you will serve as a trusted advisor to educators—providing professional development, strategic guidance, and curriculum implementation support—ensuring that Pearson’s learning resources are maximized to their full potential.
Key Responsibilities

Provide virtual and in-person (as required) consultation and training to K–12 educators, school leaders, and district administrators on Pearson’s educational products and digital tools.

Partner with school systems to assess instructional needs and align Pearson resources with their academic goals.

Conduct webinars, workshops, and training sessions to demonstrate effective instructional practices and digital platform usage.

Collaborate with internal teams including sales, product, and academic support to ensure client satisfaction and program success.

Collect feedback and data from educators to recommend product improvements and tailor professional learning sessions.

Support the design and delivery of implementation plans for curriculum and assessment programs.

Maintain accurate documentation of client communications, training sessions, and feedback reports.

Stay current on educational trends, state standards, and teaching best practices to provide informed consulting advice.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Strong understanding of K–12 educational standards, teaching methodologies, and assessment systems.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Demonstrated ability to train and support educators both virtually and in-person.

Proficiency with educational technology platforms and online learning tools.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects remotely.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about improving teaching and learning outcomes.
Experience

Minimum 3–5 years of teaching, instructional coaching, or educational consulting experience required.

Experience implementing digital learning solutions or instructional technology preferred.

Prior experience working with district-level administrators or curriculum teams is a plus.
Working Hours

Flexible remote schedule aligned with U.S. school hours.

Occasional travel may be required for conferences, client visits, or professional development events.

Full-time position (Monday–Friday), with some flexibility for training sessions outside regular hours.
