Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to senior support as necessary.

  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.

  • Collaborate with team members and departments to improve response strategies and customer satisfaction.

  • Follow standard operating procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer information.

  • Meet and exceed defined performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction ratings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong typing skills and familiarity with chat and email platforms.

  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer conversations simultaneously.

  • Basic knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM tools.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Professional, patient, and empathetic attitude when dealing with customers.

Experience

  • Prior experience in customer service, technical support, or a remote communication role is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Familiarity with handling email and chat support for global clients is an advantage.
