Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to patient inquiries, appointment requests, and service-related questions via live chat and email.

  • Assist customers with navigating hospital services, billing queries, and online portals.

  • Provide accurate and timely information while maintaining a compassionate and professional tone.

  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments while ensuring prompt follow-up.

  • Document interactions and update customer records in the system.

  • Meet daily performance metrics related to response time, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written English communication skills with strong grammar and clarity.

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a patient-first approach.

  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or chat support tools.

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service, chat support, or healthcare administration is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours

  • Evening shifts: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (local time).

  • Remote work with flexible scheduling opportunities.
