Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat requests from patients and healthcare staff.

  • Provide accurate information regarding appointments, billing, hospital services, and general inquiries.

  • Assist patients with account updates, online portal access, and service-related issues.

  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department while ensuring smooth handoffs.

  • Document all interactions in the system accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and company guidelines.

  • Deliver compassionate, solution-oriented service to enhance the patient experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Ability to remain calm and empathetic in challenging situations.

  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

  • High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of customer service experience (preferably in healthcare, insurance, or call center environments).

  • Experience in handling patient or client queries remotely is an advantage.

  • Freshers with excellent communication skills and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

  • Evening shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (local time)

  • Flexibility to work weekends or holidays as scheduled.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of healthcare processes or hospital operations (preferred but not required).

  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing processes and patient needs.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
