  • Proficiency in using computers and online customer support tools.

  • Knowledge of customer service best practices.

Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service, BPO, travel, or airline support.

  • Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

  • Prior experience in aviation or remote support roles is an added advantage.

Working Hours

  • Flexible remote shifts (full-time or part-time available).
