Job Summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking highly motivated and results-driven Remote Freelance Product Managers to collaborate with global clients across diverse industries. As a Freelance Product Manager, you will own the product lifecycle from concept to launch, working closely with international stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and end users to deliver value-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product management activities, from ideation and market research to launch and post-launch optimization

• Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with client business goals

• Gather and prioritize product requirements through stakeholder interviews, user research, and data analysis

• Collaborate with designers, developers, QA teams, and marketing teams across different time zones

• Create and maintain product documentation including PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes

• Manage product backlogs and sprint planning using Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement

• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and delivery teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of product management principles and best practices

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote, freelance environment

• Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks and product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, etc.)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and customer-centric product design

• Proficiency in documentation, presentation, and reporting tools

Experience

• 1–5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or related roles

• Experience working with international or global clients is highly preferred

• Prior freelance or remote work experience is an advantage

• Exposure to SaaS, mobile apps, web platforms, or digital products is desirable

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours based on project requirements

• Ability to overlap with client time zones (US, Europe, or APAC) when required

• Project-based or contract-based engagement
