Job Summary
IT sight Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and mission-driven Remote Grant Researcher to support our non-profit and social impact initiatives. In this role, you will identify, evaluate, and track funding opportunities that align with organizational goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen grant strategies, maintain funding pipelines, and contribute to proposal development. Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive research to identify grant opportunities from foundations, government agencies, and corporate sponsors.

Maintain and update a centralized grants database and tracking system.

Analyze eligibility criteria, deadlines, and funding priorities to ensure alignment with organizational programs.

Prepare research briefs and funding summaries for leadership and proposal teams.

Monitor trends in the non-profit funding landscape and recommend strategic opportunities.

Support grant writers by providing prospect intelligence and background research.

Track submission timelines and assist in maintaining compliance documentation.

Build and maintain relationships with funding bodies where appropriate.

Generate periodic reports on pipeline status, success rates, and funding forecasts.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Non-Profit Management, Public Administration, Social Sciences, Communications, or related field.

Strong research and analytical skills with high attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Proficiency in online research tools, grant databases, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Experience

Minimum 2+ years of experience in grant research, prospect research, fundraising support, or non-profit development.
