Job Summary

OneTech Associates is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Remote Graphic Designer – Brand & Social Media Focus to join our growing global team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing visually compelling content that strengthens our brand identity and drives engagement across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality visual assets for social media platforms, websites, email campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent visual identity across all channels.
• Create engaging graphics, illustrations, banners, infographics, and short-form visual content for campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize creative ideas and campaign themes.
• Edit and optimize designs based on feedback from stakeholders and performance insights.
• Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and social media best practices.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Support ad creatives and promotional materials for paid marketing campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma, Canva.
• Solid understanding of branding, typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Experience designing for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, YouTube, TikTok).
• Ability to translate marketing goals into visually appealing creative concepts.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong aesthetic sense.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote team.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is an added advantage.

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with a focus on branding and social media.
• Proven portfolio showcasing digital design, brand identity, and social media creatives.
• Experience working with marketing or digital teams in a remote or hybrid environment is preferred.

Working Hours

• Fully remote position.
