Job Summary
IT Sight Technologies is seeking a passionate and experienced Remote Health Coach to support our Corporate NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) Wellness Programs. This role is designed for a motivated professional who is committed to empowering individuals with disabilities to improve their physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing through structured coaching, education, and lifestyle interventions.
As a Remote Health Coach, you will work with NDIS participants and corporate partners to deliver personalized wellness plans, monitor progress, and provide ongoing motivation and support. This is a fully remote role, offering flexibility while making a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and organizations across Australia.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver one-on-one and group health coaching sessions to NDIS participants via virtual platforms.

Design and implement personalized wellness and lifestyle programs aligned with individual goals and NDIS plans.

Provide guidance on physical activity, nutrition, mental wellbeing, stress management, and healthy habits.

Monitor participant progress, maintain accurate records, and adjust programs as required.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including support coordinators, therapists, and corporate wellness partners.

Educate participants and caregivers on sustainable health practices and self-management strategies.

Ensure compliance with NDIS guidelines, privacy standards, and organizational policies.

Prepare reports and insights on program outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Certification in Health Coaching, Wellness Coaching, or a related field.

Strong understanding of NDIS frameworks, disability support, and participant-centered care.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse populations.

Strong coaching, motivational interviewing, and behavior change techniques.

Proficiency in using digital tools and virtual communication platforms.

High level of empathy, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience

Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in health coaching, wellness programs, disability services, or corporate wellbeing.

Experience working with NDIS participants or similar support programs is highly desirable.

Prior experience in remote coaching or telehealth environments is an advantage.
