Job Summary

TechPro Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote HR Generalist to join our global People Operations team. This role is ideal for a proactive HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment and is passionate about building strong, inclusive, and scalable people practices. As an HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in supporting employees across multiple regions, ensuring compliance with HR policies, improving employee experience, and partnering with leadership to drive organizational success.

You will act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, handling the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding and engagement to performance management and offboarding—while contributing to strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, HR queries, and people-related support.
  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, probation, performance reviews, promotions, and exits.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied across global teams.
  • Support recruitment processes including job postings, interview coordination, and offer management.
  • Maintain and update employee records within HR systems (HRIS).
  • Coordinate employee engagement programs, surveys, and culture initiatives.
  • Assist with payroll coordination, benefits administration, and leave management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations across different regions.
  • Provide HR reports and analytics to support business decision-making.
  • Partner with managers to support performance management and development plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse global teams.
  • Proficiency with HR systems, ATS platforms, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed workforce is highly preferred.
  • Exposure to global HR operations and multi-country compliance is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in tech, SaaS, or fast-growing companies is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Full-time, remote position.
  • Flexible working hours with partial overlap required with global teams.
  • Must be comfortable collaborating across multiple time zones.

  • Solid knowledge of employee relations and performance management frameworks.
  • Ability to interpret HR policies and advise employees and managers effectively.
