Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a corporate or remote setting.

Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and online sourcing platforms.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
