Job Summary

Flipkart is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Inventory Management Support Associate to assist in maintaining accurate stock records, monitoring product movement, and supporting overall inventory operations. In this role, you will ensure seamless coordination between warehouses, suppliers, and internal teams by overseeing stock levels, resolving discrepancies, and providing timely inventory updates. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and update daily inventory records across multiple product categories and storage locations.

• Track stock availability, inbound shipments, and outbound orders to ensure accurate stock flow.

• Identify and report discrepancies in inventory data and support reconciliation activities.

• Coordinate with warehouse teams, vendors, and category managers to resolve inventory-related issues.

• Assist in forecasting stock demand based on sales trends and seasonal requirements.

• Maintain real-time stock dashboards and support the development of accurate inventory reports.

• Verify product listings, SKU details, and stock parameters in internal systems.

• Support inventory audits and compliance checks as required.

• Provide continuous updates to supervisors and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data-entry tools.

• Good understanding of e-commerce operations, supply chain, or inventory processes.

• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

• Ability to learn and use inventory management software and internal tools.

Experience

• 0–3 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain operations, e-commerce support, or related fields.

• Freshers with strong analytical and organizational skills are also encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

• Remote, full-time role with flexible scheduling options.

• Standard working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (IST), Monday to Saturday.

• Occasional extended hours may be required during peak sales seasons.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Basic knowledge of inventory control methods and stock movement tracking.

• Familiarity with ERP systems or inventory dashboards (preferred but not mandatory).

• Ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights for operational decisions.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle large volumes of information accurately.
