Job Summary
TechPro Solutions is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Remote IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic helpdesk team. In this role, you will provide exceptional technical support to our clients and internal teams, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure seamless IT operations. Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests via email, chat, and phone.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.

Provide step-by-step guidance to end-users for resolving technical problems.

Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT teams when necessary.

Document incidents, resolutions, and system configurations accurately.

Monitor and maintain IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.

Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.

Familiarity with networking concepts, VPNs, and remote desktop tools.

Ability to troubleshoot software applications, printers, and peripherals.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Certification in IT (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate) is a plus.
Experience

Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk environments.

Working Hours
