Job Summary

Visio Lending Remote is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Junior Loan Processor to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Loan Processor, you will assist in reviewing, organizing, and verifying loan documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance, while supporting senior loan processors and underwriters in managing the lending process efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering, reviewing, and organizing loan application documents.

• Verify borrower information for accuracy and completeness.

• Communicate with clients, loan officers, and third parties to obtain missing or updated information.

• Support senior loan processors and underwriters in preparing loan files for approval.

• Ensure compliance with lending policies, federal regulations, and company guidelines.

• Track loan files through each stage of the process and provide timely status updates.

• Maintain accurate records and perform data entry in the loan processing system.

• Respond to borrower inquiries with professionalism and clarity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

• Basic understanding of lending, banking, or financial principles is an advantage.

Experience

• No prior loan processing experience required; this is an entry-level role.

• Internship or prior administrative/clerical experience in finance or customer service is a plus.

Working Hours

• Full-time remote position.

• Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (flexibility may be required based on workload).
