Job Summary
HR Talent Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Lead Generation Specialist to support our growing real estate clients across the US market. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing high-quality leads for real estate agents, brokers, and property investment firms. You will play a critical role in building strong sales pipelines, driving revenue growth, and supporting business development efforts through strategic outbound and inbound lead generation activities.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify potential prospects in the US real estate market using various online tools and databases.

Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, social media outreach, and CRM systems.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and interactions in the CRM.

Conduct initial conversations with prospects to assess interest and eligibility.

Schedule appointments and hand over qualified leads to sales or real estate teams.

Develop and optimize lead generation strategies to improve conversion rates.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align on target audiences and campaigns.

Track and report key performance metrics such as lead volume, conversion rates, and response times.

Stay updated on US real estate trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.

Proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or inside sales.

Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar.

Proficiency in using online research tools and lead generation platforms.

Experience

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, telesales, or sales support.

Prior experience in real estate, property management, or mortgage industry is highly preferred.

Experience working with US clients or international markets is an advantage.

Working Hours

Full-time, remote position.
