Key Responsibilities

Conduct targeted research to identify potential real estate leads across the US market.

Build and maintain accurate lead databases using CRM and prospecting tools.

Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria and campaign goals.

Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calling where applicable).

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.

Track, analyze, and report on lead generation metrics and campaign performance.

Maintain high data hygiene standards and ensure compliance with US data regulations.

Continuously test and optimize messaging, targeting, and workflows to improve conversion rates.

Support pipeline development and ensure timely handoff of qualified leads to sales teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong understanding of B2B or real estate lead generation processes.

Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).

Experience using prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or equivalent.

Experience
