HR Talent Solutions is seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Remote Lead Generation Specialist to support our real estate clients in the US market. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing high-quality leads that contribute directly to pipeline growth and revenue. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted research to identify potential real estate leads across the US market.

  • Build and maintain accurate lead databases using CRM and prospecting tools.

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria and campaign goals.

  • Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calling where applicable).

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.

  • Track, analyze, and report on lead generation metrics and campaign performance.

  • Maintain high data hygiene standards and ensure compliance with US data regulations.

  • Continuously test and optimize messaging, targeting, and workflows to improve conversion rates.

  • Support pipeline development and ensure timely handoff of qualified leads to sales teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of B2B or real estate lead generation processes.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).

  • Experience using prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or equivalent.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.

  • Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting performance data.

  • Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work environment.

Experience

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or inside sales.

  • Prior experience working with US-based clients or in the US real estate market is highly preferred.

  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.

  • Experience in a remote or distributed team environment is an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Fully remote position.

  • Must be available to overlap with US business hours (primarily EST/CST).

  • Flexible scheduling may be available based on performance and team requirements.

  • Full-time or part-time engagement options may be considered.
