HR Talent Solutions is seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Remote Lead Generation – LinkedIn Outreach Expert to support our growing business development initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing high-quality prospects through strategic LinkedIn outreach campaigns. Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify target prospects aligned with ideal customer profiles.
- Execute high-volume, personalized LinkedIn outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Build and maintain prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools.
- Craft compelling connection requests, follow-ups, and nurture sequences.
- Manage and update CRM systems with accurate lead and activity data.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and continuously improve conversion rates.
- Maintain compliance with LinkedIn best practices and outreach policies.
- Schedule discovery calls or meetings for the sales team.
- Provide weekly performance reports and actionable insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven expertise in LinkedIn lead generation and outreach.
- Strong written English communication and copywriting skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Ability to personalize messaging at scale.
- Strong research and prospecting capabilities.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Experience
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in lead generation, LinkedIn outreach, or B2B prospecting.
- Demonstrated track record of generating qualified leads or booked meetings.
- Experience working in remote or distributed teams is preferred.
- Prior exposure to international markets (US, UK, APAC) is a plus.
Working Hours
- Fully remote position.
- Flexible schedule with partial overlap required with client or sales team time zones.
- Expected availability: 30–40 hours per week (depending on engagement model).
