Job Summary
HR Talent Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Lead Sourcer to join our executive search team. This role is ideal for a proactive talent professional who thrives in a research-driven environment and has a strong passion for identifying top-tier candidates for senior-level and specialized roles across multiple industries.
As a Lead Sourcer, you will play a critical role in the success of our recruitment projects by building robust talent pipelines, conducting in-depth market research, and delivering high-quality candidate shortlists to consultants and hiring managers. You will work remotely, collaborating with a global team of recruiters and clients to support high-impact hiring initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct advanced candidate sourcing using LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, social media platforms, and proprietary databases.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for executive and hard-to-fill roles.

Perform market mapping and competitor analysis to identify top talent within specific industries.

Screen and qualify potential candidates based on role requirements and client expectations.

Prepare detailed candidate profiles and reports for recruiters and stakeholders.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Support recruiters throughout the full recruitment lifecycle.

Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.

Ensure compliance with data protection and recruitment best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong research and analytical skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search techniques.

Familiarity with ATS and CRM systems.

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Experience

1–4 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or executive search.

Experience sourcing for senior-level or niche roles is highly preferred.

Prior experience working in a recruitment agency or executive search firm is an advantage.
Working Hours

Fully remote role.

Flexible working hours with partial overlap required with core business hours.
